Luck of the Irish

A Rovers side made up predominantly of trialists went down swinging at MK Irish in their first game since lockdown.

A poor first half saw Rovers three down at the break, and an early second half goal had Kempston staring down the barrel. A penalty from Ben Baker and a tap in from one of the trialists gave the score line a bit more respectability.
