Chalfont have recently got themselves in to some hot water with the League, leading to a result against Marlow being expunged and ordered to be replayed. There is currently an appeal underway and the reasons behind the original result being deleted have not been fully disclosed.

Fans may recall events here last season, when the original game was abandoned to allow a Chalfont player to receive some treatment after collapsing being unable to move. When the game was replayed, Rovers ran out three nil winners, goals from Shepherd, Newman and Fuller. After the game, Chalfont’s official match report made for amusing reading and inspired the motto of the Kempston Rovers FC Supporters Club.

Basic directions;
Head south on the M1 and then the M25 toward Heathrow, exiting the M25 at Junction 17, at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Denham Way/N Orbital Rd/A405, At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Denham Way/N Orbital Rd/A412, In Maple Cross, at traffic light junction turn right onto Chalfont Rd, then take the first left onto Hornhill Rd, Hornhill Rd turns right and becomes Shire Ln after crossing the M25, the road takes a slight left becoming Rickmansworth Ln, at the end turn right onto Chesham Ln, then immediately turn left onto Rickmansworth Ln, emerge left onto Gravel Hill/A413, go to the roundabout and come back on yourself to get to the entrance to the ground. There is a small car park at the ground that should be more the sufficient.
