North Leigh began the season well and sat quite high in the table early on, but have since slipped backwards. They hit the bottom of the table at the beginning of December after a narrow home defeat to our near neighbours Bedford Town.

Kempston’s current form making for better reading than before, with two wins and a draw to finish 2018, it looks a lot healthier than the previous winless run. Rovers have won more points away from home this season than at Hillgrounds, so being the away side here should be to our advantage. Rovers will be wearing all blue for this game, a kit that has previous success in Oxfordshire as it was worn for our three one win at Thame in October.

'Basic' directions;
Take the A421 toward Milton Keynes. Go through the New City, following A421 Buckingham. At the roundabout at Finmere Aerodrome, follow the A4421 toward Bicester (first exit). Turn right (3rd exit) to get on to the A4095 at the roundabout, follow this around the edge of Bicester. Continue around the town, using the B4030, heading toward the A41. Before you reach the A41, use the right hand turn to go on to the A4095, signed toward Witney and Chesterton. Follow this road round a right hand bend to cross over the M40. You will come to a junction with the B430, which you will need to cross. The road layout here is slightly confusing, but you basically need to go straight over and continue along the A4095. The road sweeps through the village of Kirtlington. You will reach a T-junction, continue to follow the A4095, Witney and Wootton (not that one), which is the right turn. At the next cross roads, there is a slip lane to turn left, use it to continue along the A4095 toward Witney. At the end of the road, turn left to keep following for Witney, there is a right turn to keep on the A4095 – which is now also signed for Woodstock. Go over the roundabout to stay on the A4095. There is another roundabout in the village of Long Hanborough that you go straight over. As you approach the next village, you will enter a wooded area, slow yourself down as the entrance to the ground is on the left and very easy to miss. There is a sign on the opposite side of the road, indicating the entrance. The car park is at the end of a short track.
