Rovers made it five away wins without defeat with an impressive 3-1 win at top half placed Harlow Town on Saturday.
Scott Dash welcomed back Carl Knox in goal, returning from a hip injury, as well as starts for Cooper, Wielblad, Brown, and the deputising Chipimuaea in for the suspended Laws.
Rovers' first chance came through Wielblad who started on the left, he found himself one on one but his effort was comfortably saved by the Harlow goalkeeper.
Harlow had a big chance on the half hour mark, a close range shot was excellently blocked between Cooper and Massingham. Rovers stood firm for the remainder of the half where the hosts controlled the game for large spells.
Into the second half, where Dash swapped Charles and Wielblad to opposite flanks. The move paid off, with Charles winning a free kick, before playing short to DeMatos who delivered into Massingham at the back post who headed across the 'keeper into the bottom corner.
Just five minutes later, DeMatos grabbed a goal on top of his assist. The full-back reacted well to a second ball and after a short dribble fired into the bottom corner.
Harlow regained some more possession after going behind, and halved the deficit on 70 minutes, Read with a low shot from 10 yards that went through a number of Rovers players.
The lead was once again extended five minutes later, Charles getting joy down the left and his lung-busting run ended with a perfect ball across the box for Lodovica to tap in.
A quiet 10 minutes followed after before the game's big incident, Massingham chased after the ball following an overhit corner, he beat his man on the left but was clipped and landed awkwardly. After a short analysis the game was suspended until paramedics arrived. It was revealed that Massingham has broken his collar bone. It goes without saying that all at KRFC wish Luke well in his recovery, we would also like to that the staff at Harlow for assisting.
The game restarted after a 40 minute delay, Gibson was brought on in place of Massingham with Dahie slotting into centre back. No more incident occurred and Rovers held out for a big three points, being the only team in the bottom seven to win.
The win lifts Rovers up to 16th ahead of this Saturday's home game against second-placed Berkhamsted.
