Didcot‘s current form looks like they are rather entertaining to watch. Victories over Cambridge, Dunstable and Thame, all by the odd goal are off set by seven goal thriller defeats against Yaxley and Berkhamstead. A recent scheduled match with our neighbors Bedford Town had to be called off after there were gas works issues in the local area, hopefully that won’t be an issue with our visit.
Kempston are currently without a victory in four league games. However, apart from the defeat at Cambridge City, Rovers have scored in every single league game this season so far. In all competitions, it is just two games that The Walnut Boys have failed to hit the target.
Basic directions;
Take the A421 toward Milton Keynes. Go through the New City, following A421 Buckingham. At the roundabout at Finmere Aerodrome, follow the A4421 toward Bicester (first exit). Turn right (3rd exit) to get on to the A4095 at the roundabout, follow this around the edge of Bicester. Continue around the town, using the B4030, heading toward the A41. Join the A41, crossing the M40 to join the A34. Go past both Oxford and Abingdon on this road, then take the exit signposted for the A4130 Didcot, taking the second exit (left but not sharp left) at the junction roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit to cross over the railway. Go straight over the next three roundabouts, at the fourth roundabout, take the right hand turning, signposted for the football club. Cross over the next roundabout and the entrance to the ground is on the right. There is a large car park at the ground, which is more than adequate for our visit.
