Rovers return to Hillgrounds this weekend, hosting Yaxley.
Following the midweek loss to Barton Rovers, Kempston will be looking to get back to winning ways following last week's win over Wantage.
Yaxley have picked up one win, one draw and one defeat so far this season in the Southern League. A heavy defeat to Halesowen on their opening day was followed up with a draw against St Neots, and a win over Didcot.
Our record over the Cambridgeshire club stands at:
Played 33
Kempston wins 6
Draws 8
Yaxley wins 19
Last season, Yaxley won 3-0 at Hillgrounds. Kempston's most recent win over The Cuckoos came back in 2015, our famous title-winning season.
For Saturday's game, we will be taking part in the #HelloYellow campaign.
Lockdown has and still is having a devastating effect on children and young people’s mental health. It’s been unbelievably hard, but together, we can make a difference and show young people they are not alone.
Thousands of schools, offices and community groups on Friday 9 October by taking part in #HelloYellow and raising vital funds to support our work. It’s simple: wear yellow, get fundraising and have fun!
Kempston Rovers are encouraging supporters of both clubs to engage with this initiative and say #HelloYellow to help end the silence and end the stigma surrounding mental health.
