The team won silverware last season winning the UCL Reserve League for the first time, and will be looking to retain it going forward into the new season.

The candidate for this role will be expected to work closely with the senior team, looking to progress players into this team but also use the team to help the senior side with game time for players.

The club also expects the manager to regularly look into the Academy and Colts teams within Kempston Rovers, offering training to young, enthusiastic players and ultimately looking to involve them in match day squad.

Matches for the team will be played on Saturday afternoons on the main pitch, with midweek fixtures also played here. The role will be voluntary.
