The first club that Rovers place twice this season is the Citizens, as we make the trip to Hertfordshire in midweek action. Rovers ran out emphatic 5-0 winners back in August, and will be hoping for more of the same on Tuesday night.
Our hosts are currently sat in 11th place, just the one points behind Rovers in 10th. Their last win came in their last home fixture, a 3-0 win over FC Romania.
Rovers fell to an agonising defeat to Waltham Abbey at the weekend, paying for missed opportunities as the Abbotts scored two late goals to take three points home.
This is currently down as Rovers' last midweek evening fixture of the season, however with the weather as unpredictable as it often can be, it's unlikely it'll be the last as we found out a fortnight ago. A home game follows this fixture for Rovers as Walthamstow head to Hillgrounds, before a trip to Didcot awaits on the final fixture before Christmas.
A safe journey to any Walnuts making the journey tomorrow evening. Please be considerate when parking in surrounding areas.
