A trip to Hadley awaits us on Saturday, as after a week off we once again hit the road. The hosts are placed one place and one point above the Walnuts following their midweek win over Waltham Abbey, having both played 26 games, just the ten remaining!
The Bricks picked up an emphatic 4-1 win over Rovers at Hillgrounds back in October, Ben Baker equalising but the visitors more than deserved the three points.
Rovers picked up a hard-earned point at playoff chasing Kidlington last weekend, James Hatch's goal was cancelled out in the second half but Rovers held on well. Harry Giroud came of the bench to make his debut, following the signing of the midfielder on loan from Stevenage. Jacob Anderson also debutised, coming in for the injured Kyle Lincoln at the heart of defence, a solid display from the young MK Dons loanee.
Harvey Williams as well as Kyle Lincoln both missed the previous fixture through injury, both will be looking to make a return to the squad this weekend. Hadley are having a good season following their promotion from the Spartan South Midlands League last season, their goals for and goals against are both in the top 10 best in the division, but 12 defeats compared to 10 wins has kept them in mid-table.
A safe journey to all Walnuts making the trip.
